Refund Policy
Donations and refund requests.
Human Child Care Trust is a public charitable trust working for child welfare, education, healthcare, women empowerment, skill development, and community welfare.
Every donation received by Human Child Care Trust is treated as a voluntary contribution towards our charitable campaigns and social welfare initiatives.
Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Human Child Care Trust are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation is successfully received, the amount is assigned to our campaigns, beneficiary support, welfare programs, operational needs, and other charitable activities. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for donations made through our website, payment gateway, bank transfer, UPI, cheque, cash, or any other mode of payment.
Donor Responsibility
Before making a donation, donors are requested to carefully verify:
- Donation amount
- Donor name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Payment method
- Campaign or purpose selected
- PAN or tax-related details, wherever applicable
Human Child Care Trust will not be responsible for mistakes made by the donor while entering payment or personal details.
Use of Donation Amount
The donation amount received may be used for:
- Child welfare programs
- Education support
- Healthcare and medical assistance
- Food and nutrition support
- Women empowerment initiatives
- Skill development programs
- Community welfare campaigns
- Emergency relief work
- Awareness activities
- Administrative and operational requirements related to charitable work
If a donation is made for a specific campaign, Human Child Care Trust will make reasonable efforts to use the contribution for that purpose. However, if the campaign requirement is fulfilled, delayed, modified, or discontinued due to any reason, the Trust may use the donation for another similar charitable activity.
Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
In rare cases, if a duplicate payment or technical error occurs, the donor may contact Human Child Care Trust with valid proof of transaction.
However, the final decision regarding any adjustment or consideration will remain at the sole discretion of Human Child Care Trust.
Contact must be made within 48 hours of the transaction. The donor must provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Donation amount
- Date of transaction
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Proof of payment
No Cash Refund
Human Child Care Trust does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Tax Receipt and Donation Certificate
If a donation receipt, 80G certificate, or any other official donation document has been issued, the donation will not be cancelled or refunded.
Donors are requested to provide correct details at the time of donation to avoid errors in receipts or certificates.
